I am a seasoned manager, with a solid trackrecord, and have led, and been part of, multiple full cycle international ERP/IT business teams to drive organizational change.

After being co-responsible for ERP/IT in various roles ranging from Systems Support to Corporate ICT Management for 14 years, I grew to managing ERP / Business Change. In 2015 I became fully engaged as ERP/IT Project Change Manager.

Key words are an excellent skillset of both IT and Business Processes, Organizational Change Management as well as a sharp antenna for stakeholder interest.

Branche knowledge is Retail, Automotive Aftermarket, Supply Chain, Production industry with budgets topping 10+ Million Euro's.

With fluent English, German, Dutch and basic Portuguese, I come with good references as well as the drive and energy to make the business change happen.
